CURRENCY
Although membership options are listed in U.S. dollars, charges are processed in Canadian dollars, which may result, from time to time, in slight differences in the amount listed on your credit card statement.

RECURRING CHARGES
You are responsible for any and all fixed charges for your account. The first month membership fee (or other available billing period selected) is due upon sign up. Every month (or other billing period selected), the account will be charged the membership fee, unless a non-recurring membership option was selected. Failure to use your account(s) does not relieve you of payment obligations.

CREDIT CARD CHARGES
Credit Card customers agree to allow BRENTEVERETT.COM, to bill such card every month automatically after the initial charge. You agree to allow BRENTEVERETT.COM, to make the automatic monthly charge without separate authorization from the account holder.

CHANGE OF CREDIT CARD INFORMATION
Credit Card customers shall notify BRENTEVERETT.COM, of any changes in Credit Card Number or expiration date.

DECLINED CREDIT CARD
If the credit card is not honored for any reason BRENTEVERETT.COM, will suspend or terminate your membership without notice.

UNPAID DUES
BRENTEVERETT.COM, has the right to terminate membership for any unpaid or partial paid subscriptions. Termination of service shall not relieve you from the obligation to satisfy outstanding membership dues. In the event BRENTEVERETT.COM, utilizes an attorney or a third party to collect such sums, you shall be responsible for the payment of all of BRENTEVERETT.COM‘s/ DPG MEDIA’s attorneys' fees and costs in pursuing the collection of these sums.

MEMBERSHIP DUES
BRENTEVERETT.COM, has the right to modify the membership terms and/or fees without notice. BRENTEVERETT.COM, may also offer, from time to time, promotional membership options.

Termination

BRENTEVERETT.COM, reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to all or part of this site, with or without notice.
