OnlyFans.com (an English company owned by Fenix International Limited of London, England) is still blocking my account, now for the second time, with no credible explanation. We know that the first time we were blocked for more than two months was the result of someone trying to have all my social media accounts, including my website, blocked. We suspect that he's tried it again a second time. OnlyFans Support so far has refused tell us anything. This time the blockage has already lasted more than six weeks and seems to be permanent.

We have tried several times to find out from OnlyFans Support why we were blocked again. They have given us meaningless stock answers. They owe me several thousand dollars and, worse, they are holding on to the money of the several hundred fans who've subscribed to my account. We have heard from several of them who contacted OnlyFans about why they couldn't access my account and they were given reasons such as "you must have used incorrect login information" or "your subscription must have expired". They were not told the account was blocked nor were they given any other reasons.

Here is a sample of the answers we received from them after we asked them specific questions to find out why they are blocking us:

We regret to inform you that your account and all the associated information have been erased from our system. Accounts are typically being deleted due to suspicious/fraudulent activity, issuing a chargeback claim, creating multiple profiles or due to violating the Acceptable Use policy in any other way. Unfortunately, we are not able to override this automatic process. Please see more details in the 4th paragraph of our Terms.

This was their most recent reply. We have received this several times, word for word the same. The paragraph of their Terms of Reference they refer to has to do with finances which the account holders have nothing to do with.

We have heard from several people that OnlyFans Support, run by an American company called Zendesk, is very unhelpful and unprofessional.

I can certainly agree with that and if and when I know more, I will let you know.  I am now trying to decide how to proceed from here, including taking legal action. Stay tuned for more.

All the best,
Brent
